MONROVIA, LIBERIA – The Government of Liberia has officially opened the Book of Condolence for the late Liberian Ambassador to Senegal, Mary- Ann Fossung in the Foyer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to a Foreign Ministry release, President George Weah Tuesday, March 3, 2020 led an array of government officials to sign the Book of Condolence for the fallen Liberian diplomat.
President Weah, has at the same time declared a three- day of National Mourning as a mark of last respect and tribute to the late Liberian Ambassador to Senegal, Mary-Ann Fossung.
The mourning period commences from today to Thursday, March 5, 2020 at which time the National Ensign would be flown at half-mast on all public buildings in Montserrado County.
Ambassador Fossung died in early February in Tunis, Tunisia where she had gone to seek medical attention.
