MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Incident Management System has confirmed the testing of more than twenty-two-thousand samples, since Liberia recorded its first case.

Making the disclosure Monday, September 28, 2020, Liberia’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Francis Karteh, said the Country has reported one-thousand-three-hundred-thirty-nine confirmed cases.

Dr. Karteh said:” Liberia has made significant progress in the fight against Coronavirus.”

The Chief Medical Officer is, however, cautioning Liberians not to get complacent, and should continue to   abide by all health protocols for the prevention of COVID-19.

Dr. Karteh also commended all healthcare workers who have been hugely involved in the fight against the virus.
